I’m Daniel, the face behind the screen and the hands on the keyboard. Born in the 90s and with over a decade of experience in software development. I’ve witnessed the transformative power of technology first-hand. Like any developer with a passion for the craft, my journey has been filled with challenges, successes, and countless cups of coffee.

Background

Today, I proudly wear the hats of the Technical Lead of a Software Development department and the CEO of my own small Business. But don’t let the titles fool you. At heart, I’m still that passionate coder who gets a thrill from overcoming a complex challenge or seeing a piece of code run flawlessly.

Yet, beyond the realms of coding, there’s another dimension to my passion: a fascination with technology’s concrete side. This fascination finds its expression in various forms, one of which is the creation of unique pieces with the help of my 3D printers. The sheer joy of watching an idea transition from a mere idea to a physical object is indescribable!

“NotADevBlog” is my latest brainchild – not just a reflection of my journey as a developer but as a guiding light to those who, like me, are forever students of life. This space isn’t just about codes and algorithms. It’s about the heartbeats between each line, the trials, triumphs, and the stories that make us who we are.

Outside of the digital realm, I enjoy challenging myself – be it through physical exercises or mind-stretching activities. When I’m not immersed in writing lines of code or writing down my experiences for this blog, you might find me enjoying the great outdoors or just listen to music.
